KPP Test Malaysia ("we", "our", "this site"), available at kpptestmalaysia.com, is an independent educational practice platform for the Malaysian JPJ KPP driving theory exam. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the site and the choices you have.
You do not need to register to use this site. We never ask for your name, email address, IC number, phone number or any other personal details.
Your quiz answers, scores and progress are stored locally in your own browser (localStorage) so you can continue where you left off. This data stays on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. Clearing your browser data removes it.
We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate — for example which pages are visited, from which country, and on which type of device. These services may set cookies and process your IP address on their servers. We only ever see aggregated, anonymised reports and use them to improve the site.
This site is free to use and is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

We do not sell or rent any personal data. The only third parties that process data when you use this site are: Google (analytics and advertising, as described above), Vercel (website hosting and analytics) and Supabase (our question database — it serves quiz content and only receives standard technical request logs).
This site is suitable for a general audience preparing for a driving license (17 years and above in Malaysia). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The site contains links to external websites (for example JPJ resources or product recommendations). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites — please review their own policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
